Jet's 1st Birthday Invitation

The Brief: Jet's mum Bianca got in contact with us after working with us on Bianca's 30th birthday invitation a few years ago - needless to say, we were delighted to hear from her! The brief called for Jet's favourite colours: blue and red, and some of Jet's favourite things: owls, dogs, helicopters and hints of nature - lots of trees and leaves. What's cool about this design is that whilst it's child-like, it's still very stylish and fun. Jet's stunning portrait photos, that Bianca kindly provided, really make the invitation something special.



We printed a cute seamless pattern on the back of each card and popped them in a complimentary cream-coloured envelope - ready to send out to all of Jet's friends! We hope your first birthday was a great one Jet!

Charlie's Arrival & Thankyou Card Design

The Brief: Little Charles was born into style, and he doesn't even know it yet: even though he's been coined 'Charlie' from his birth in September, he's going to grow up to be a very trendy and sophisticated young lad, judging from his amazing parents Ken and Rachel. We were very, very happy to be asked to design an announcement and thank you card for Charlie's new friends and family to share in the good news!



Baby blue was a given, and we added some cute little illustrations to keep things playful. We created two versions of this design - postcards with magnets and a short message of thanks on the back, and side-fold cards, each lined with a custom baby blue paper liner, which featured a beautiful seamless pattern to add a bit of texture to the interior, and had plenty of space for a little message.

Rach and Ken - you are blessed with an adorable and unique little boy, and it couldn't have happened to a more deserving couple. Welcome Charlie!

Huon's Arrival & Thankyou Card Design

The Brief: Full disclosure: We are a little biased when it comes to the gentleman in this card, as he is our adored nephew, Huon. Just when we thought we couldn't get more excited over his long-awaited arrival, we were asked to create a little announcement/thank you card to send to friends and family. We know Huon to be a trendy little guy, so we used the purple from his outfit, and a nice fresh mint green, to create this joyous announcement card.



This announcement card was designed as a postcard with space to write a special message on the back, and we added a magnet to each so it could go straight on the fridge upon delivery. We look forward to many, many Huon-related events in the future - thanks Kari and Jason for asking us to create this card for you!

Stella's First Birthday

The Brief: When we heard Stella was planning her first birthday celebration, we knew this invitation needed to be modern, trendy and reflect Stella's growing interest in entertaining and the humble teddy bear. Armed with our knowledge of the popular childrens rhyme, we set to work creating a cute invitation for Stella's first birthday, which was to be a relaxed picnic in Bendigo on a Sunday afternoon.



This invitation was designed as a postcard, and we added a magnet to each so it could go straight on the fridge upon delivery. We hope you had a lovely birthday Stella.

Maggie's Arrival Card

The Brief: Ellen and Doug wanted a very special card to send out to friends and family to celebrate the arrival of their beautiful little girl Maggie. We used fresh reds, whites and creamy yellows to give this lovely lady a beautiful stationery entrance.



This announcement was designed as a tent fold card with a beautiful complimentary craft liner inside, in red to match the design of the outer card - cards were left blank for Ellen and Doug to hand write a special note of thanks.

We were delighted to be involved in the arrival of little Maggie, and wish you all the best for the exciting times to come!
